Team & Coach Bio

My Name is Mark Allford and I’m the manager of the U13’s for the start of the 2022/23 season.

For myself personally I have been involved at this club since I was at the age of 9, and I went through the new system at d’Argent and then progressed onto the men’s team in Totnes it was also there when it merged to Totnes & Dartington FC football club. 

I got back involved with Totnes & Dartington FC as my son wanted to play so have coached this team since 2017 with Ken Armstrong, and he also has a son that plays in this team.

In the 2020/21 season we got to the semifinals of the plate cup and then the next season of 2021/22 we reached the final but unfortunately lost to KM UTD.

Over the years this team has grown, we have lost some players but also have gained quite a few and their progress has been plain to see for everyone that’s watched them!

From season 2022/23 the kids move up a pitch size and play 11 V 11 so we need more players to come and Join our exciting team.

As a football club we pride ourselves in not turning any child away from playing football a FA charted standard club which means our coaches are all got the certificate in FA coaching Badge, first-aid trained, safeguarding and DBS check.

As a whole club we put on events for charity and just to get together with friends and family, so come along to one of the training sessions and see what you think.
